AVE Maintenance Technician AVE, a leading apartment and extended stay corporate housing provider is seeking a Maintenance Technician for their distinctive rental community in Tampa, FL The position is responsible for maintaining AVE Brand Standards of cleanliness and presentation, while creating a positive, safe, and organized work environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Troubleshoot/repair resident service request. This includes but is not limited to appliance repair, HVAC repair, Plumbing and Electrical  Assist maintenance with suite turn over, and work requests. This includes but not limited to changing light bulbs, painting, caulking, carpet shampooing carpet, furniture placement, replacing hvac filters, etc..  Maintenance Coverage after hours- schedule/execute on call rotation to handle service requests outside of normal business hours  Property Emergencies -- responsible for emergencies that may arise outside of normal business hours. I.e. flood, fire, power loss, etc. Required Qualifications: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered)  Minimum of one to two years of maintenance experience, HVAC certification  Demonstrated strong guest service skills  Demonstrated energetic, self motivating and a "can do" positive attitude  Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards AVE offers competitive compensation, full benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k) plan, vacation & holiday pay and excellent opportunities for advancement.
