Don't worry about coming late or having to stay the full time. Join us for as long as you are able and we'll be glad to have you. The Food Shuttle invites you to a new series called On the Menu, which will visit different sites throughout the Food Shuttle. Participants will get a closer look of what goes on at each location after enjoying a free lunch. We will be learning more about Driver's Assistants, Cooking Matters, Grocery Bags for Seniors, and more! More about the Food Shuttle: We FEED our neighbors, TEACH self-sufficiency, GROW healthy foods, and CULTIVATE innovative approaches to end hunger. The Food Shuttle recovers and distributes over 8 million pounds of food per year, and teaches skills for self-sufficiency including culinary job skills, shopping and cooking healthy on a budget, and how to grow food.
