On February 10th, come join us for our next hand crafted in-house smoke BBQ Dinner. This BBQ Dinner is not only to show case our smoked meats but also pairing them with the best beers. The goal of this dinner is for our guests to enjoy some good food, good beer, and good company!
Each beer is carefully selected by our hear brewer, Luke Jipp, based on his pairing notes to create a perfectly balanced flavor palette for each course.
This four-course dinner starts with Texas Style Brisket Chili.
First course: Smoked Chicken Lollipops with Alabama White Sauce
Second course: Smoked Pork Spare Ribs and Beef Spare Rib Kolaches.
Third course: Mississippi Mud Pie Dessert
All meat is smoked in house and prepared by our kitchen manager, Natalie.
Tickets are $75 per person and includes server gratuity.
