This hands-on workshop will allow therapists to create vision boards as a way to set and focus on their goals for the coming year. A vision board is a visual representation of the things they want to achieve, and can be a powerful tool for staying motivated and on track. During this workshop, we will discuss the benefits of vision boarding and how it can be used in therapy. You will have the opportunity to explore your own goals and aspirations, and create a vision board that reflects your values and aspirations. This workshop is suitable for therapists of all levels, and no prior experience with vision boarding is necessary. Basic materials will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring any personal items that you would like to include on your board. Come prepared to get creative and leave with a clear vision for the future!
