* We are a long-time property management and real estate investment company. We are currently looking to find and buy several properties in the area to add to our portfolio in the next few days, between now and February 15. * For that, we need a part-time local property scout who knows the area well, is well-connected in the community and/or gets in contact with many people. Here is what we are looking for: * Owner is considering selling a property * Property cannot be currently on the market for sale * We only buy single family homes, townhomes, condos. No commercial. No land. * Condition can be move-in ready or needs work, we’re flexible with that * Any price range * Location is flexible, as long as it's a well populated area * We only buy directly from the owner, not from investors or through middlemen or real estate agents * We do not buy properties that were just renovated and are now being sold * Numbers must make sense * FYI: Seller has to pay no commissions * Do you know of any sellers that fit this description right now and are you in contact with them? * If yes, send us a message and include the best number to reach you at. * Your pay will depend on the type of property and what you contribute to the successful purchase.
