Full time 40 hours per week. Janitorial Person needed for a Condominium. Looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to join our team! Premier property that requires a high level performer. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Janitorial cleaning of community in a team environment with some maintenance repairs Maintains friendly and professional attitude at all times and promotes a can do attitude. Looks for safety and security concerns while on the job and reports them immediately. Completes daily work orders and preventative maintenance as scheduled. Reports any discrepancies or deficiencies to supervisor. Must be able to speak English fluently. Must pass drug test. Must provide own transportation to assigned location Special Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs following safe lifting techniques; work in an upright standing position for long periods of time; crawl in small and tight spaces to perform some tasks; ability to work in different outdoor working conditions (e.g. heat, cold, wind, rain); complete all required forms/paperwork; ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner; climb ladders and work at heights above ground level (maximum 6 ft).
