About the facilitator: Kaleigh Williams is an ATHENA leadership award winner and a small business owner that has vast experience working with small to medium size businesses from a variety of industries. She has worked in businesses with as few as 1 employee to as many as 1000 employees in everything from small start up companies to large established retail chains. In the business space, it is widely believed that only well established businesses do annual strategic planning but Kaleigh believes that ALL businesses can thrive through strategic intention. In this workshop, she will be leading you through a strategic planning process that she has used within her book of business for many years. "As a solopreneur, we are often so bogged down in the day-to-day operations of our business that it becomes unclear where to build or grow next. In this workshop, we will explore where you are today and create strategies for sustainable growth through strategic intentions." (Kaleigh, 2022) Session Information: In this session, we will be exploring YOUR business and then you will be guided through creating YOUR business strategy for the future of YOUR business. We will be working through a few exercises that will help you think through the current operations of your business as well as creating strategies for the future. "Your business is like your fingerprint. In theory they mostly look the same - but yours is specific to you - so your business strategy should be too." (Kaleigh, 2022) Ticket Information: There are two different tickets available for this workshop - A ticket to attend the workshop and receive guidance and tools we use together. You will also have the beginning of a annual or semi annual strategic plan for your business. With strategic initiatives and/or goals. This option is $22.22 (Eventbrite fees included)This includes everything listed under option 1 with an additional opportunity to work with Kaleigh, 1on1, for an additional 45 mins (A $75 value), to review your strategic plan and initiatives or goals and solidify a direction.
