Join the Brickell Babes for a vinyasa yoga flow and guided meditation led by Catherine De Freitas (@holistic__mami), an immersive sound journey lead by @thesolglow, followed by a Reiki Energy Healing session guided by @holistic__mami and @letterforthesoul. Relax your mind, reset your body & reconnect with yourself. After class, enjoy a short wellness chat with JoAnna Hartzmark, founder of @revellenation, an amazing new startup focused on helping women feel beautiful in their bodies. All attendees will receive complimentary goodie bags filled with our favorite wellness treats. Water provided by Liquid Death. Complimentary cocktails and mocktails will also be provided. After class, you are invited to explore our inaugural Wellness Market. We will have nearly 20 local to Miami vendors popping up for the day offering everything from healing crystals, tarot readings, EMS sculpt sessions, IVs and B12 shots, to holistic tea, sustainable bikinis and so much more! 10:00-10:30 AM: Arrival 10:30-11:45: Vinyasa Yoga, South Bath + Reiki Healing 11:45-12:00: VIP access to shop the wellness market before it opens to the public. Attendees will also receive their goodie bags and cocktails or mocktails during this time. 12:00 - 7:00 PM: SHOWFIELDS and Wellness Market open to the public. About The Class: We kick off the morning with a medium tempo vinyasa flow led by Catherine De Freitas (Holistic Mami). The flow starts with breath-work so that you quiet the mind, tune into your breath, and begin connecting with your body. Throughout the flow Catherine will assist students in poses and give massages to ensure a safe and relaxing experience. Once your mind and body are relaxed, we end with a guided meditation, sound bath, and reiki energy healing. After yoga we sip & shop with local wellness vendors. About Catherine @holistic__mami “As a teacher, I love to make the flow fun and inspiring! We smile, dance, laugh, and most importantly connect with yourself and the people around you.
