Must enjoy the water and be willing to stand in it all day. Waist high water. Don't waist my time or yours ask yourself if you are truly prepared to work if you can't make the first day no excuses I am running a company don't have time for laziness. Now I classify this as water carpentry/ underwater carpentry, we refurbish and reinforce bulkheads, pilings, docks, and boathouses. Basically anything that touches the water. This is a residential company. This is a small company but I have enough work on the books to keep one good crew busy through the end of this year. Still getting even more business everyday. I don't sub my work out, and don't hire friends of friends. This work needs to be taught. I give bonuses and raised often it is performance based pay. This isn't for clock watchers. You work hard and you get compensated. When you come to work I will expect you to be here at work. 100% must be pay check motivated. If you enjoy putting in a full day and know how to manage your personal time so you don't have to leave work multiple times a week and at all different hours, when you're here you work from 8:00 to 5:00 and you go home and you can do anything you want on the weekends unless you want to work weekends those are optional. If you can manage at least 35 or more hours a week. And can abide by my company's motto/rules "no excuses just results" I don't want to hear about what you can do, I don't have time I would rather see what you are capable of. And please read this carefully, please I'm extremely busy. Simply you get jobs done company gets paid and so do you. This is a job for grown adults and you have to be able to lift 80 lb and be fairly athletic. If you can manage these few simple rules and are not scared of the water then this is a job for you. Please either call or text between 10 and 11am or preferably 6 to 7pm I will not call you if you want a job I believe you should make take the initiative I am a busy person and I have plenty of work if you want to grow with a company and make something of yourself by being the best you can you need to be self motivated, goal orientated. Must be driven to finish task. If you are self satisfied and the only need your paycheck and bonuses and opportunity to move up as rewards and don't require constant pat on the back. Must put in a full day of work for a full day of pay then this is the job for you if not no need to apply. You waste my time and yours.. also I'm pretty flexible with most things but I will not discuss any particulars or be on the phone for hours and wasting my time I'm very busy I've got a lot of work and with nobody wanting to work I can't do I got to do it all by myself so I'm pretty busy and I don't want to waste my time talking to people that I don't know you can make promises all you want The only thing I need to see is action so if you show up then we can talk about anything you want to talk about but until then let me know if you want to show up I'll give you an address and if you're there then we can talk about everything else in particular but just don't need any tools just need enable body willing to work it's all we need
