Really in need of some help please

I know we all go through things but im just at the end of my rope with options. I got a newer phone I had stolen, lost my car. Bills are piling up. I cant afford to get food or hygiene or anything for that matter. Im just please begging someone for some assistance. Its cold outside and im struggling bad. Thanks for reading
