We are seeking an individual to serve as a 1099 independent contractor to help maintain our short term rental properties. Maintenance experience is not required, but preferred! This is not a full time position. Ideal for candidates who are available to work 10am-4pm. Responsibilities Perform house checks and report back maintenance, cleaning and other issues. Perform general maintenance to our properties such as repairing furniture, replacing broken items, and spot cleaning. Maintain organization and upkeep of supplies in storage such as linen, guest consumables, tools, extra furniture and lamps, space heaters, etc. Receive packages and perform inventory of received items. Meet with vendors at the property. Support with guest issues as needed. About You Fantastic troubleshooter and problem solver Incredibly hardworking and willing to do what it takes for us to reach our goals Great communication skills and ability to think on your feet A perfectionist that obsesses over all the details Has a smartphone Ability to be self-sufficient and independently complete jobs Access to a reliable vehicle to travel between locations, preferably an SUV or truck Willing to partake in a background check Plus - Prior experience conducting home maintenance Plus - Loves handy work and owns their own tools already If you are interested, please respond to this ad with your resume.
