Warehouse Supervisor/Team lead/Dock Supervisor Please Read Details Down below Submit a Resume to our Open Requisition www.humano.net Title: Team Lead/Supervisor Location: Shorewood, IL Shift: M-F 2:30pm-11:00pm Pay: $27 per hour Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities: Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities. Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds. Communicating and coordinating with other departments and client Warehouse Supervisor Requirements: Preferably fluent in English and Spanish Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position. Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management. Time management skills and the ability to delegate. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving skills. Must be willing to submit to a complete background investigation and drug screen.
