This position is assigned to the Waterview I and II as well as Taylor Park Apartments in Sheboygan, WI. The position will support, as needed, other area properties for alternating every other week on-call responsibilities. We offer a strong PTO program (9 holidays and 17 other PTO hours as start). This position primary responsibility for:Corrective Maintenance by completing work requestsAssist with apartment make-ready such as painting, cleaning, replace/replace appliances, plumbing/electrical as able, vendor management, drywall repairs, etc.Assist with snow removal as neededPreventative MaintenanceEmergency maintenance - this is a rotating schedule with 3-4 other area Service TechniciansMaintain inventory of tools, equipment and suppliesEstablish and maintain good relations with residents, prospective residents, vendors and co-workers.Assist outside contractors when services are requiredPicks up trash on property by assisting others in maintaining cleanliness and safety of the property RequirementsList Job Qualifications.A. Education, work experience, licenses and certifications:Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalentExperience: Minimum three (3) years fulltime maintenance experienceLicenses: A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is required.
