We're looking for 1 more Engineer to join our team at The Solaris Residences, centrally located in the heart of the Vail village. We work 4, 10hr days each week, so we can have 3 days off every week! Pay starts at $24/hr, more with experience. We get 3 weeks paid time off every year! Time and a half on the 6 major holidays. Time and a half for any overtime worked. Everyone gets a ski pass and a parking pass (and we take runs on powder days)! We offer medical, dental and vision insurance. Up to 6 days of sick pay each year too. 401k with a company match. Employee discounts at participating East West Hospitality businesses. A $2000 signing bonus. And too much more to list. Engineers are responsible for taking care of the property. We respond to all guest and owner issues, and generally maintain the property so it stays in like new condition. Responsibilities include: light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, A/V, pools, painting and staining, IT, mechanical, appliances, etc. Experience is preferred, but not necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate. A strong work ethic and a positive attitude are a must. The schedule we are hiring for is from 8am - 6:30pm, Friday - Monday. Every week - your schedule is consistent and won't change (the middle of the week off every week for better skiing and camping - no weekend crowds).
