Growing home builder and remodeling contractor is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented construction laborer to join our team. This job includes a wide range of tasks including, but not limited to, daily job site cleanup, trash removal and protection of finished work, purchase and transport of building materials and equipment as needed, observing and documenting field activities, equipment and vehicle repairs and maintenance, and general project safety. The position does allow for growth to project supervision and management levels. Compensation: $19-25 per hour depending on experience and skills. What We Are Looking For: Must have clean and current Florida driver’s license. Must speak, read and write fluent English Bilingual English/Spanish a plus High School diploma or GED 0 – 3 years of experience Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites – Mileage will be reimbursed Benefits: Health Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(K)/Matching Company Vehicle & Tools Provided
