Homeowner seeking competent local resident to monitor/ visit and possibly organize and over-see cleanup of home for absentee owner. The home has tenant renting a room in the home for a month or so, but I need a dependable, observant person who lives close to be able to go over and view/monitor the home on just about a daily basis in my absence. Duties would be to physically inspect interior and exterior of home, retrieve mail and monitor what is going on in my absence. There could be more duties depending on your skill level. The task might take a half hour to an hour at least 4 or 5 times a week or however many hours we agree upon. I prefer someone who owns a home in the area with some experience at home maintenance and management.
