Need a little help

I am not sure if this will work- but I need a little help with my rent this month- I have half- I had to pay for an unexpected medical bill- and I can’t afford it- I currently have a vehicle listed for sale- I would be happy to do any type of work for anyone- I work hard- I don’t have any family as I was in foster care- so I have no one I can get help from. I have always given anything I have to those who needed- and been told karma comes back- so- hopefully it works.
