At Griswold Home Care, our caregivers provide non-medical in-home care to local elderly, ill, disabled, or injured care recipients. Responsibilities may include: • Companionship (prompts & reminders, personal correspondence, safety supervision, socialization, and more…) • Personal Care (medication reminders, & assistance with nutrition, dressing, hygiene, toileting, range of motion, transfer & moving around, etc.) • Transportation to and from appointments or errands • Homemaking (light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning & preparation) Qualifications: • Caregiving experience preferred but not required • Reliable transportation (licensed and insured drivers preferred) • Supervisory references & proven track record of dependability • Background check • A desire to help others, compassion, trustworthiness, patience and reliability Benefits: • Competitive pay based on experience • Shift premiums on weekends • Weekly pay; direct deposit • Flexible hours • Various shifts offered (daytime, evenings, overnight, alternate weekends, PRN & live-in) • Ongoing education & training • Cases that meet your skill set • Opportunities for advancement & pay increases • Referral programs • Paid travel time • Optional IRA with company match You deserve to be appreciated!
