Looking for a Real Estate Property Scouts (Charlotte) compensation: Pay is based on what job is given to the independent contractor. Range is $1.00 to $50.00 per job given. Looking for a Part time work? We are looking for people who can put out signs, go look at houses for us, get contracts signed, Find properties For Sale By Owner, and get property information sheets filled out and returned to us. Must have transportation, and must be willing to travel at least 30 min out. Scout will do the following job duties: 1. Place signs in high traffic areas around the city. 2.Find Properties that are For Sale By Owner, or Properties that are Distressed. 3.Go to properties and have a zoom call with us and the owner in order to get the Contract signed.
