Description
In search of a personal assistant to help manage my personal and business affairs. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Managing communications (emails, phone, social media communications, etc.)
- Scheduling business and personal appointments (travel, doctor's appointments, meetings, etc.)
- Managing household (food ordering, laundry drop off and pick up, ordering supplies, scheduling cleaners, etc.)
- Bill payments
- Mailing out correspondence
- Picking up and dropping off items
- Research and outreach
- Ordering items online
- Assistance in preparing email marketing and marketing materials
- Manage my calendar
- Light office admin work
- Organizing my online files and office
- Do research and email outreach to potential business partners
Mostly remote but at times will include meeting in person or traveling to my home for projects. Initially, the job will vary between 10-20 hours per week. I am open to working around your schedule in terms of when you work.
