We are looking for a loyal and motivated individuals to fill a role as Maintenance Team Member for a real estate management office.
The position seeks an applicant that can commute to various location on the northside of Chicago. Applicants must have experience with:
1. Ability and willingness to learn
2. Good attitude towards job, co-workers, and work
3. Some basic plumbing, framing, electric and other aspects of building maintenance is a plus.
4. Possession of valid drivers license, car to use for work, and car insurance.
5. Willingness to use personal vehicle to commute to different job sites
6. Possession of a smart phone to use for work.
7. Willingness to work, follow directions and learn
The job will require a lot of detailed following of directions. Applicants must be able to replicate instructions exactly per Maintenance Supervisors instructions. On the job training will be offered.
The position offers 40 hours a week, with a starting salary of $18+ per hour. Pay will be re-evaluated after 120-day trial period. New pay will be based on ability and attitude. Job requires availability Monday through Friday, 9am -5pm. There will also be a 120-day probationary period for all new hires.
This position offers health care contributions and 401K matching.
