Resolution Productions Group is looking for a full-time, on-site Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. This position will report to the Warehouse Manager and work alongside all members of the warehouse and production staff to assist in maintaining warehouse operations and driving responsibilities. Primary Responsibilities -Play a key role in inventory management, logistics, and live events -Develop skills as a live event technician to be utilized on job sites and the studio -Accurately pack orders for events and productions -Check-in equipment, identify damage caused while in the care of the end-user, notate missing equipment, and report discrepancies to the account executive -Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe Minimum Requirements -Ability to lift 50-60 lbs -Must be able to occasionally work early/late/weekend hours -Valid driver’s license with NO DUI or drug convictions in the last three years and clean MVR -Currently hold a CDL Class A, B or C license is a plus -Proficiency in conventional and intelligent lighting systems is highly desired. (Some familiarity with stage/show lighting systems with a willingness to learn is acceptable) -Knowledge of professional-grade cameras, projection equipment, production video switchers, LED equipment, and digital and analog video signals is desired but not required -Willingness to collaborate and take direction -Strong communication and problem solving skills -Ability to work independently Benefits -PTO -401(k) and 401(k) match -Paid holidays -Health insurance -Life insurance -CDL expense reimbursement Compensation is determined by billable time spent with pre-production, in the studio, and on show sites. Progression of industry critical skills, attitude, and willingness to help with other Resolution departments or positions are also factors.
