Private Assistant Caretaker Open Position

A family in Litchfield County, CT is looking for a part time assistant caretaker. This meticulous estate has professionally landscaped grounds and is fully organic. The ideal candidate should have a background in landscaping, as well as high attention to detail. The assistant caretaker will work alongside the full time caretaker.
 Must a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Some responsibilities and duties of this position include: • Exterior patio and furniture care • Equipment maintenance
 • Lawn and landscape maintenance: organic knowledge is a plus • Snow removal
 • Splitting and stacking firewood • Outdoor lighting maintenance • Plant/greenhouse care
 • Vehicle care
 • General upkeep of equipment barns • Pet Care • General Handyman Work This is a hands-on position, ability to work in all weather conditions is a must. Current position is for 2-3 days a week 9am-5pm with some flexibility needed. Hourly wage: DOE Please email resume and references for consideration.
