This will be a full-time position located in Plattsburgh, NY. The work week is Monday – Friday with the actual hours to be determined. Ability to be available after hours for emergency maintenance calls is required. Job Duties will consist of minor repairs on buildings and/or equipment, snow removal, lawn care, trash pickup, etc. We are looking for a candidate that is semiskilled in areas to include plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, cleaning, etc. Candidate must possess basic set of tools for the position.
