General Maintenance – Part Time – 20-30 hours This will be a part-time position located in Plattsburgh, NY. The work week is Monday – Friday with the actual hours to be determined. Job Duties will consist of snow removal, lawn care, trash pickup, minor repairs on buildings and/or equipment. We are looking for a candidate that is semiskilled in areas to include plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, cleaning, etc. Candidate must possess basic set of tools for the position.
