Hardwood Flooring Installation

Looking to contract a person or two people to install 3/4" thick by 2-1/4" wide oak hardwood over subfloor/crawlspace. Currently glued down linoleum. Looking to go over linoleum with thin pad. *Must nail/staple down into joists to help creaking floor* The area is about 200 ft2 in a kitchen. The plan today is to install with cabinets removed, except at stove location and fridge cabinet location. See pics. Call or text. Installers must be well versed in hardwood flooring install and have your own flooring equipment. If someone shows up that's not experienced, they won't install the floor. Final shoe molding will be installed by others. Transitions are to be installed at 3 room transitions. All materials are supplied to you. Looking to have flooring done on either January 23rd or 24th.
