Spotter for small business exterior cleaning

I have a small business cleaning gutters and pressure washing for a houses in louisville and southern indiana. These are large houses which can be more than 2,500 sqft. I am looking for an individual to do ground work, 1 or 2 days per week, daytime hours range from 8am to 5pm. This individual might be between jobs, or looking for extra money to start off the new year. Need to have reliable transportation, be able to work in colder temperatures, and be able to follow directions. Must be able to lift 16, 28, and 32 foot ladders to clean gutters up to 2 stories. Will be required to move ladders, and water hoses around the property. Know how to handle tools provided. This can be easy money if done properly.
