Park Maintenance Personnel All Seasons Campground Condo Association Weare, NH 03281 Job type: - Part Time/Full Time 25-40 Hours - $18-$25 based on Experience Benefits: Flexible work schedule, Paid time off after the completion of 6 months, Holiday Pay Schedule: Monday- Friday Available on weekends All Seasons is a recreational campground that is open 10 months of the year with 12 month of park maintenance needs. The community is comprised of 130 privately owned lots and common recreational areas. Qualifications: Basic knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry and Painting skills. Basic knowledge of pool maintenance. Able to work heavy machinery to include Lawn Mower, pickup truck with plow, bobcat, and mini excavator as needed. Must have a valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record. Good Communication and Written skills. Ability to work well with seasonal residents, vendors, and Board of Directors. Job Description: Park Maintenance is a full- time position to maintain the day-to-day maintenance of the building and grounds of the community under the supervision of the Board of Directors. - Manage all aspects of the ground maintenance including, lawn care, Tree Pruning, Landscaping, maintaining walkways, playground areas, and Trash removal, snow removal. - Pool Maintenance during the summer season to include water testing, vacuuming, opening, and closing pool and issues as they arise. - Ensure buildings/recreation hall is maintained for community enjoyment. This will include but not limited to restrooms, laundry room, storage rooms, office, shed, and postal area. Event set up and clean up as needed. - Work with vendors to communicate service needs, able to negotiate contracts for new projects. - Maintaining dirt roads for safety - Flexible work schedule, able to work weekend and holidays if needed. - Travel required during work hours to perform tasks, water testing, pick up event items etc.as needed.
