We are searching for a skilled Janitorial Manager who will help our team provide the highest levels of client service. The Janitorial Manager will be responsible for directing on-site janitorial staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and contract duties, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities include and not limited to: •Direct and lead work activities and schedules of employees •Train and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies and procedures •Perform quality, service and safety inspections •Monitor supply inventories •Oversee employees' adherence to company and site policies and report issues to Management •Respond to customer service requests Required: •MUST have janitorial experience •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Bilingual (Spanish/English) •Must be able to work assigned shift hours and have flexibility to work weekends or extended hours Shift and Compensation •Full Time – 40 hours salaried •Pay range based on experience $25-30/hour •Competitive Benefits If interested, please respond with any prior cleaning experience and a number you can be reached at to discuss the position.
