-Bread and Butter Pudding – Bread Pudding meets Crème Brûlée. Slices of buttered bread scattered with raisins are layered in an oven dish, covered with an egg custard mixture seasoned with nutmeg and vanilla, then baked.

From Jacob Danner: Many have said to me over the years, "When are you going to open a restaurant" or "when are you going to put out a cookbook?" Well, I am stepping up my game. Dennis Chan, owner and chef at Blue Bamboo Restaurant, asked me to design 3, International Wine Dinner menus with wine pairings. I will be taking the lead on these and presenting the courses to an intimate gathering of guests. Four courses. Four wines. $100 per person.
Here is the schedule. Each dinner will be at the Blue Bamboo from 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM. January 26, 2023 – Germany. February 16, 2023 – France. March 23, 2023 – Mediterranean Rim.
