Your dream hosts Nadja Haldimann and Valera Vulfson will be guiding you along a sound healing and visualization journey through the magical world of the Tarot. We are starting with the first card of the Tarot deck, the Fool. Number 0 in the deck, the Fool represents the concept of new beginnings, taking a leap of faith and jumping into the unknown with courage and trust in the infinite wisdom of your heart. Bring your yoga mat, a comfortable blanket and an eye mask if you have one, to let your body relax and allow your spirit to travel into the space where dreams are made. You will be guided through a short breath exercise in preparation for the journey. As you breathe, your mind will slowly let go of its grip on "reality" and allow you to sink deeper into your body, where the true magic happens. Once your body is ready to receive, you’ll comfortably lay down, close your eyes and let the sounds and words transport you into a world of endless possibilities. You'll be guided through the journey of the Fool, allowing you to fully access your inner child before it got programmed with limiting beliefs. From that place of inspiration and wonder you have the power to break down your own structures and connect to your inner strength, trust, optimism and courage. During the journey, you will be given a few prompts to contemplate how you want to dream your new life into existence. To help you integrate the journey of the Fool, Val will be bathing you in rich vibrational sound waves and supporting a shift into higher dimensions through the sacred frequencies of crystal quartz singing bowls, didgeridoo, gong, chimes, drums, handpan, rain percussion, tuning forks, and more. You will walk away with a renewed sense of self, deeply relaxed and ready to brave your challenges of 2023.
