Casey uses her practice as a way of making life recovery based. Recovery from all stressors; mental, emotional, spiritual and physical. The last 15 minutes of this session are guided meditation. For this and all yoga classes at RMC, please bring your own mats and any other tools that you might need (blocks, bolsters, etc.). Don't forget your water bottle!
