$200 My husband bought Ouiser a year and a half ago from a breeder in Florida. They overnighted her and she came young, but a hot mess. I immediately took her to the vet in Tyler and he said her clavicle was broken when she was a baby and she would never fly. She also has severe anxiety which makes her pick her own feathers off and I don’t know how to remedy it. I know nothing about birds. We are now getting divorced and I don’t have time for her.
