Games, Activities, Music, contests. Come in costume with your decorated bike, trike, wagon and/or shoe box float, and join us in a parade. Furry friends are welcome. You can get your pet's picture taken with Victor Valentine and Jacomo Jester, all proceeds benefit the shelter. Awards for best-dressed human and animal. Please bring a pre-packaged snack for a friend in need.
