A BREADMAKING CLASS AT YOUR FAVORITE BREWERY. If the brewery taproom is your happy place, then this is the class for you. Grainbakers offers small baking classes at your favorite brewery allowing you to unwind, learn a skill and take in the brewery experience. At the end of the brewer’s day, we will use their fresh spent grain and work it into a stunning boule of bread. High in protein and fiber, this showstopper of bread can be achieved by even the most inexperienced bakers. Class includes: Bread and butter sampling with different types of butter.Lecture and hands-on instruction to make artisan rosemary spent grain bread.Recipe and instruction guide.One finished oven-ready loaf to bake when you get home.Extra spent grain for your freezer and recipes to make more bread.VIP / FAQ: Class is 6:00PM - 8:10PM Some of the class will be on your feet, but you will also have plenty of rest time in the taproom. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. You will need non-slip footwear in the brewery. Sandals and flip-flops are not allowed. The class is limited to 36 guests. Please support your brewery host with the purchase of pints, merchandise and 4-pack cans to go home. You are WELCOME to invite a friend, family or Partner to wait for you while you’re in class. You can have dinner together before class and then they can doomscroll some social media over a pint while you’re in class. Some of the class will be on your feet, but you will also have plenty of rest time in the taproom or outside in the beer garden. Please wear comfortable shoes.
