Overview: All businesses and their owners are exposed to risk every day, some minor and some with catastrophic consequences. However, there are steps that business owners and their employees can take to mitigate, transfer, and even avoid risks. Proper contingency planning, education and documentation of process can allow businesses, their owners, and employees to recover from interruptions more effectively and efficiently. This planning can help also expand through the business to strengthen their day-to-day operations. Join us to learn how to plan for the unexpected to help reduce risk for your business. This training is provided at no charge through NIIC Community Navigator Pilot Program.
