For this Studio Crawl, you will participate in the following classes:
PWR - Track your progress and reach peak performance in this challenging, metric-driven cycling class. (25 minutes)Alignment Yoga - Deepen your understanding of the mechanics of asana and strengthen the mind+body connection through detailed focus on posture and flexibility. (25 minutes)312 - This high-energy, total body workout incorporates cardio, strength, and core in every class. Three workouts, one instructor, no two workouts the same.
