The City of Elgin and its consultant team would like to invite you to attend a public workshop as part of the North Grove Redevelopment Area Plan. The workshop discussions will be centered on providing insight into the preparation of a new future-focused land plan for three sites. The anticipated objectives of the workshop are: - Orient participants to the North Grove Redevelopment Area planning process - Provide insight into existing demographic, transportation, open space and land use information - Communicate expectations of the workshop - Describe the workshop format and contents - Collect preferences and information for program elements for each of the three subject sites, vision for development for each site, design principles and options.
