Sunday, February 19, 7 - 8amCome and sooth your mind, body and soul at Lanza's Cafe for a morning of yoga taught by Christine Veit, owner of Earth Yoga, accompanied by relaxing drums played by Manas Itene! Christine, an avid traveler, Christine has taught classes in México, Thailand + Bali, in addition to the United States. Her style is direct but gentle, fluid, yet alignment-based, strong and peaceful. Students often leave with a sense of peace, knowing that they did what was best for their body, mind and spirit. Earth Yoga will be opening a home location in Hillsborough in Spring, 2023! Manas is a world renowned lover and player of all things drums. He has been playing with Michael Franti and Spearhead for the last 22 years. Prior to that he toured with Inka Inka, the Mandators, and many others. A spreader of love, his beautiful soul shines in every note of his original music. You must register for both Saturday and Sunday events separately.
