Level 2 leadership training is a one day leadership training that will enable leaders to * gain insights into their personal leadership * make the connection between personal behavior and organizational culture * discover how their behaviors are driving and shaping their organizations culture * create the right method of leadership * include experimental training The results are guaranteed to be insightful, thought, provoking ,and challenging. This powerful 4 session development is provided to impact leaders to •Become a role model •Make an impact •Focus on following the vision •Encourage collaboration Leadership has the potential to influence behavior of others. It is also defined as the capacity to influence a group towards the realization of a goal. Leaders are required to develop future visions and to motivate the team to want to achieve the vision. Think about Jesus: He prepared over the course of 3 decades for a ministry that lasted about 3 years. Consider the disciples: Jesus spent years of his ministry preparing and training 12 men for ministry he would give them in the future. Leader of this training is : Jasper wilson He is Married to Israel Wilson They have two daughters Auzlynn- 5years old Heavenly- 11 months and another on the way, their first boy (Nehemiah) Jasper is the CEO of High Calling Ministries •The outreach pastor of legacy church •On staff with FCA as the ambassador •Also a mighty evangelist Jasper has been in ministry for 12 years. He is involved in the community and has learned alot through the years of ministry. Different ministries he Is involved with right now are Street ministry Small group Jail ministry Nursing home His training is birthed from experience and many encounters with the Holy Spirit. He is driven to equip leaders to fulfill God's purpose for their life and to push the agenda of the enemy back by raising up a generation of anointed leaders. Our Training outline : Session one : Priest Leadership “Do you have what it takes to lead?” Session two : Prophetic Leadership “Leaders create more leaders!” Session three : Leadership of a judge “Not the right Leadership!” Session 4 : King(dom) Leadership “What makes a Kingdom Leader?” Day of (Leadership will be from 9-5): We will have 30 minute discussion between each section and bathroom breaks. 11:30 we will have lunch catered by : Kountry Kitchen Catering You are also welcomed to bring your own snacks We will have childcare so little ones are welcomed . At the end we will present certificates for training !
