Theme: Empower Self…Inspire ResultsThis event will be all about Empowerment. Empowered Women, Empower Women and that’s the light that’s going to shine this day. There will be an opportunity to network and talk with other ladies about your goals and visions while making your vision boards. I am also pleased to have a guest speaker who will be presenting information about Empowerment & Entrepreneurship. Our amazing speaker is New Orleans native LaRita Francois, MBA, ORDM, HS-BCP.  LaRita is the CEO/President of Take the Lead Nola, a non-profit organization she founded 13 years ago. In addition to founding and running a nonprofit, she is a Business Development Consultant, Educator, Social Awareness Advocate, Podcast Host, and Ordained Minister. Having assisted minority groups with business launch and development along with providing Workforce Development Training to businesses, youth and adults alike. LaRita was the 2014 National All State Champion for Good and the 2015 National All State Black History Month Spokesperson. It is a great honor and pleasure to have her pour into us the knowledge she’s gained over her 20+ years of experience.
