This 45-minute class is full of Creative movement and affirmations geared towards the healing of the soul. This particular session is for individuals ages 16+ and geared towards the manifestation and declaration of PEACE, JOY, HAPPINESS, AND ABUNDANCE. This is done through CREATIVE movement, Dance, affirmation and manifestation. No dance experience is needed. Just Bring your mind, body, and soul... Each Session is geared towards another level of healing and a different chapter within a individual's journey.
