Our 5th Annual Black History Month Celebration at the Black Scranton Project Center for Arts & Culture (BSPCAC), located at 1902 N. Main Ave., Scranton, PA, from 2 pm-4 pm. We invite the public to meet us at the BSPCAC to reflect, honor and celebrate Black Americans' pivotal roles in shaping national identity and culture, followed by a local history exhibition. Just so you know, this event requires an RSVP.
