Handyman/Repairs Technician Wanted

I am a real estate agent, landlord, and property manager looking to hire 3 punch-list technicians for various home repair and improvement work. We are accepting applicants with a wide level of experience from handy do it yourselfers to experienced repairman. Pay for jobs depends on the experience of the individual and what the job entails. Must have: - a good attitude and enjoy making home repairs and improvements - experience doing home repairs and improvements - reliable transportation - a camera phone and unlimited data plan - complete set of basic hand and power tools; your own tools that you personally own - financial stability Must be able to: - independently complete home repairs and improvements - use the internet: (google, youtube, etc.) to check on building code or other information for reference when needed - be punctual and professional, including dressing professionally, and communicating in a professional manner - not let personal life detract from professional commitments - pass a drug test Reply with a resume if you have one, or reply a detailed description of your experience.
