I have a single story ranch home (1300 sq ft) on Tyvola Rd with a small front yard and larger back yard that is shaded with trees (sparse grass coverage). Total lot size is about 100 feet by 60 feet. I am looking for someone who can perform regular outdoor maintenance: 1. Mow, trim, blow, remove fallen limbs, spray weed killer here and there. 2. Clean gutters twice per year (80 linear feet at 8 feet high). 3. Trim about 20 linear feet of bushes twice per year. Just keep the outside looking maintained. 4. Apply Cutter Insect spray to the outside of house 4x per year with hose and Cutter that is provided. The hose will be on site and the Cutter will be shipped directly to you. Just connect and spray the outside of the home a few feet up the side of the house and a couple feet of ground below (all around the house, even the patio and front porch). I will estimate the number of mows to be at least 2 times per month March through November. This would be 18 times per year. There is no irrigation so I think this should be enough.
