- The Collector/Field Caller is accountable for insuring customer goals of establishing or re-establishing credit are met through timely payments - Field Calls to the debtors residence for the purpose of gaining communication, identifying assets and determining or verifying the whereabouts of the customer or assets. - Communicate directly with our customers; listen to and access facts; seek information not freely given - Understand and follow established company policies and procedures to collections and overall finance operations
