Hello there, my name is Mrs. Barbara I am the owner and operator of Kids 1st License In-Home Childcare. I have been in the Childcare Field for over twenty years. We are license by Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. I am friendly and willing to work out details of your specific needs. I am dedicated to the developmental learning and exploration of your child's needs. Your child will have the opportunity to be a part of a fun and loving community that understands the importance of the first 5 years of a child's life. My family childcare has a clean background, it's a safe, nurturing, learning environment... learning is not necessarily just the ABC's and 123's, but is also the learning of values. The learning of honesty, respect, self-reliance, and potential, self-discipline, and manners, the values of being; dependable, love, sensitivity to others, kindness, friendliness and fairness are the values of giving. Why Us: • We offer quality care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers from 6 weeks up to 8 years old. • Healthy Meals including, Breakfast, Morning Snack, Lunch, Afternoon Snack, Dinner • Open Monday to Friday from 5:00 am to 6:00pm • Flexible schedules that meet your needs (Part-time and Full-time options) • Extended hours and Weekend Care is Available Upon Request • Potty Training Assistance (ages 3 and over is 15.00 additional weekly) Inside Activities (Circle and Work Time) to include: STEM activities, Math, Science, Language, Literacy, Practical Life, Art and Manipulative, play dough, Cutting, Colors, Shapes, Sorting, Letters, Numbers, Music, Movement, Storytime, Audio Books, flannel board, etc. Our goal is to have all the kids in our care advanced students upon entering elementary school. By teaching them how to write their Name, Letters, Numbers (Count to 100), Reading Development, Sight Words, and all basic pre-k learning, Geography, Science, Math ( Addition and Subtraction) plus a whole lot more! All age appropriate! Outside Activities (Physical Activities) includes: Running, Riding Bike, Push Cars, Wagon Pull, Sand Box, Water Table, Dress-up, Block Building, Puzzles, Table Games, Art and Manipulative etc. All age appropriate Qualifications: • Texas State Child Care License • Child Development Associate (CDA) • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate • CPR, Frist Aid & AED Certificate • Preventative Health and Safety Certificates Additional Services: CCMS Welcome, Drop-In, Date Night, Daily Rate If these are goals you would like your child to reach, please feel free to contact Mrs. Barbara @
