What I'm looking for is someone who has experience and... • knows how to paint, fix misc. things, somewhat knowledgeable about electrical & proficient in plumbing and laying tile. • is intelligent & can file simple paperwork with the court if need be. • resourceful & can get Xtra help on an "as needed basis". • I can trust w/my keys & credit card • Dependable and organized • Can change locks. • Be on call for emergency needs from tenants, night or weekend. • One who can clean & disinfect an Apt. Cut the grass. • Not afraid of height & can get on a 2-story house roof to clean gutters. • Ability to move heavy objects. Duties also include other tasks or projects, as instructed.
