Established Auto Collision Shop currently seeking an experienced Auto Damage Appraiser to join our team. Someone who is fluent in CCC-ONE and has experience in negotiating and working with insurance companies. Appraisal License preferred but not required. Appraiser must handle communications with insurance adjusters and customers throughout the repair process effectively and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. *As a family owned and operated business, we consider each employee an extension of our own family. Our employees are our most valuable asset! EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS include writing initial estimates and/or preparing detailed supplements, order and check parts as needed,1-3 years prior experience as a collision estimator or insurance appraiser, Fluent using CCC-ONE estimating software, I-CAR training or other industry training preferred.
