We are looking for a caretaker to look after a large Ex Government Building located at 522 Minnesota Ave in Bemidji.
You will be responsible for visiting the building on a frequent basis (as and when you are available) performing checks, taking photos and videos to send to the owner and ensuring everything in the building is ok.
No real experience required but you must be reliable and ready to start immediately.
Must have a bank account for us to pay you into.
